Shipping Policy


The current international pandemic from COVID-19 is currently impacting businesses all over the world including ours in the following ways:

 We are still working hard to get your orders processed and shipped in a timely manner. Please be aware that depending on the shipping destination, your package may experience delivery delays. FedEx, UPS, USPS have all been impacted by the pandemic and shipping times have been slower than usual. Please contact us at if you have further concerns.

General Information

  • We work to ship out orders 1-3 business days after the order has been placed. We do not ship out on the weekends.

  • Tracking for your order is emailed to you once your order is shipped out. Tracking updates are available typically within 1-2 business days of shipping out.

  • We are NOT responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages, or packages that were sent to the address that was entered in at checkout that the customer failed to correct. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors and family members to make sure they did not receive it by mistake. Then feel free to file a claim with the appropriate delivery service.

  • We are NOT responsible for return shipping costs when returning items for a refund or for lost returns. 

  • We do NOT provide a return shipping label.

Shipping Information

  • Business days are Monday through Friday and do NOT include national holidays.

    • Processing time is between 1-3 business days.

    • Free standard shipping on all orders, estimated delivery within 6-7 business days.

      • Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to bad weather. Packages that are delayed due to bad weather cannot be guaranteed. 

  • We are not responsible for Lost or Stolen packages.

Return Eligibility Requirements

ALMOST all items are eligible for a return, please see below for exceptions & rules:

  • Items must be returned unworn and unwashed in addition to being smoke, deodorant, make-up, and damage-free.

  • Original tags must be attached & intact.

  • If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date at

  • If you wish to return any unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable package you are responsible for the new shipping cost. Unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable packages that are returned to us will be processed as a return and the original form of payment will be refunded.

  • Final Sale items will not be accepted for return. Final sale items are as follow:

    • Intimates and Jewelry

    • Any items marked 50% off or more at time of sale

    • Gift cards

    • Shoes

How To Make A Return

  • Return For An Exchange:

    • We cannot provide exchanges or holds due to limited inventory. If an exchange is needed we encourage the customer to place a new order for the item(s) needed and return the other item(s).

  • Return For A Refund:

    • Must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date.

    • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

    • Refunds are refunded back to the original form of payment. If an order is placed using a gift card to pay partially or fully, please note that the refund will go back onto your gift card first.

  • Return For Store Credit:

    • We do not offer store credit. We are an online-based Boutique and are not equipped to offer store credit as of right now.

  • When Mailing A Return:

    • Please ensure your items are securely packaged! We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during their return!

    • Please provide either the original receipt or a copy. 

    • Returns must be mailed back via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or any other major shipping company

    • Customers are responsible for returns shipping costs.

    • We do NOT accept packages and/or returns in person. Please do not bring your packages and/or returns in person, as they will not be accepted.

  • Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt and you will be e-mailed when we process your return!

  • Returns that do not meet our eligibility requirements are subject to a restocking fee (this restocking fee can vary from $3 up to $20 depending on the original purchase price of the item(s).

    • Returns that are postmarked after 30 days of the delivery date in which the customer does not wish to have a restocking fee withheld can be shipped back to the customer at their own expense.

Sales Tax Policy


How Sales Tax Is Calculated

If an item is subject to sales tax in the state the item is shipped, the tax will be calculated on the value of each individual item. Taxes will be calculated based on the rules of the particular state and item-level shipping and handling charges and discounts.

The amount of taxes that will be charged is based on a number of factors including but not limited to, location of seller and buyer, type of item, and time of purchase. The amount appearing for estimated tax on your order may vary from the amount that is eventually collected.
