I need to return an item, how do I do this?

Customers are responsible for returns shipping costs. Packages must be mailed back via UPS, USPS, FedEx, or any other major shipping company. We do not accept packages in person. Please do not bring your packages in person, as they will not be accepted.

What is your return policy?

We do NOT provide store credit, as we are an online-only Boutique and are not equipped to process store credits at this time. We do NOT provide refunds or return labels, customers are responsible for all return fees. More information can be found in the Store Policies section of our website.

How long does shipping take?

USPS: estimated at 2-3 business days

UPS: estimated at 1-5 business days

FedEx: estimated at 1-5 business days

How long does shipping take?

We get emails all the time from customers requesting restock information, but we usually do not have restock information until items arrive, if we're able to get them at all from our vendors.

If you would like to be notified when an item is restocked, you can visit a sold-out product and request to be notified when an item is back in stock via the "Notify Me When Available" option.
